I've discovered an easy way how to get to the other side of the Infamy bridge and back using grappling hook. There are other methods such as climbing and Pyza Suit, however using the grappling hook is perhaps the least and most unusual method.

Grappling Hook can be cancelled with Crouch key. You can control the position of your character mid air by using the movement keys.
