Using Stuffed Turtle Quarantine Zone to unlock Polyamory achievement. The reason it takes only two runs (10 packages) to unlock achievement is that there are multiple objectives inside Stuffed Turtle that count as quests.

So far this is the fastest method I have found of unlocking the Polyamory achievement.

I decided to record it during the community event Undying Love event, since the objective of event is to finish quests in Co-Op with a live counter, so we can see which objectives inside Stuffed Turtle are counted as quest.
