In this video I illustrate the best or correct way to use the lockpicking mechanic in Dying Light. Holding the left analogue stick at the angle you want the lockpick to be at is so much easier that tapping the left analogue stick back and forth with jerky motions. This is especially useful for very hard locks. When the lockpick breaks, holding the analogue stick where it broke leaves less of a guessing game for the next attempt.
