In this video: Dying Light - side by side comparison (handheld mode) on Nintendo Switch 2 vs Nintendo Switch Oled.
"On the original Nintendo Switch, Dying Light in handheld mode runs at a dynamic resolution of about 720p, uses TAAU for anti-aliasing, and demonstrates good visual clarity. The frame rate varies between 30-36 fps, but with patches it has been stabilized closer to 30. At the same time, there may be drops in busy scenes, although overall the game remains smooth and well optimized for the system.
On the Nintendo Switch 2, the game only runs via backward compatibility. The resolution and performance remain at the level of the Switch 1 version: without support for DLSS, 1080p, or improved fps. Developers from Techland confirmed that there are no plans for a separate update for the next generation.
As a result, both versions of the game are visually and technically identical - about 720p, stable 30 fps, without improvements on the Switch 2."
