The hack and slash genre has this game to thank after 20 years of fighting the greatest warriors of China while being loosely (or inaccurately) based off the Romance of the Three Kingdoms. However, this game did come out in 2000 and it shows. I kick off Part 1 with the traditional Yellow Turban Rebellion. You can see the glaring difference from other games as there are no equip items and you are permanently stuck with your default weapon. This should be interesting.
