Dyson Sphere Program - Zen 017, Smelting And Processors
Decided upon a new system to build our first Dyson Sphere in. Plenty of resources and has a couple million Spiniform Stalagmite - which means that we don't have to make Carbon Nanotubes with Graphene and Titanium, some steps taken out of the chain.
I've already set up the power and mining facilities (boringly simple stuff). In this video we quickly set up lines of smelters for:
* iron/copper/magnets (done before I decided to make this video)
* iron/copper/glass
* 4x iron, feeding into...
* 4x steel, feeding into...
* 2x titanium alloy
* 4x titanium, feeding into the above...
Next is:
* energetic graphite and silicon
Did some thinking, then:
* circuit boards and silicon, feeding into...
* microcrystalline components, feeding into...
* processors
A good bit of simple work in just under an hour.
I'll have to re-look at:
* silicon to microcrystalline components
* microcrystalline components to processors
The processors are definitely not at ratio, they use microcrystalline components faster than they're produced. Not terribly out of balance though - and the microcrystalline components are only used for this build.
