I was confused on how to do these with bots. But it's quite easy when you know exactly what to do. Fully soloable, just like the rest of the achievements, just a little more complicated.

Commands used:
sv_cheats 1; bot; sv_cheats 0;
sv_cheats 1; bot_teleport_to_me Bot01; sv_cheats 0;
(for the first command, enter it three times; for the second, switch between Bot01, Bot02, and Bot03 for your kill/damage grinds and input it whenever you want the bot with you in cyberspace)
