In this episode we continue balancing growth with the cost of utilities. We get our first point of prestige! Yay! The recognition our little building deserves! Haha! We add one more floor to the building! We are on our way up! We also put in another floor in the basement. We are on our way down! Haha! We add our first cafe. We place our first halloween decoration. Oooooh! Spooky! The first run down units began showing up forcing us to add a maintenance department. We acheived our first goal with the small offices of adding at least one of each tenant category.
