In this episode we kick off our next project in Project Highrise. We are not doing a scenario this time. We are doing a sandbox mode project. We are doing a Halloween themed building. Meaning we will be putting out Halloween decorations.

Our goal is to build at least one of each tenant category in the building.

We start this first episode struggling with cash flow, which is always a problem at the start of a new venture. We expand the ground floor, the basement and add a bit of a second floor to our highrise to get started. I should say future highrise as we are only two stories high at this point. We create our first spaces for small offices. We add a courier, a copy support center and phone service to support those offices. We also added a spot that serves lunch; our first small restaurant, a food court. It is a humble beginning for what we dream will be a highrise to serve as a shining beacon to this city.
