Step 1) Make sure servers are up and running

Step 2) Update, Repair Uninstall and reinstall EA Anticheat, Uninstall EA Anticheat and launch the game
Step 3) Run EA App As an administrator
Step 4) Run the game as an administrator from the game installation folder.
Step 5) Launch EA APP in offline mode
Launch the game
In the main menu, minimize the game
Now in EA app go online
Step 6) Restart your PC
Step 7) Make sure date, time, time zone and region are correct on your computer
Step 8) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program/Windows Security & Firewall
Step 9) Perform Power cycle- Shut down your computer, unplug the power cable, press & hold the power button ON PC for few seconds, turn off WIFI router, wait for few seconds and restart your WIFI router and then restart your computer
Step 10) Disable manual proxy
Step 11) Run Network Troubleshooter
Step 12) Run these commands

netsh interface ipv4 reset
netsh interface ipv6 reset
netsh interface tcp reset
Step 13) Perform Network Reset- Make sure you have the WIFI password
Step 14) Switch to a different network
Step 15) Use Ethernet connection
Step 16) Update Windows
Step 17) Verify or Repair the game files
