I recorded a little bit just learning the game, but I felt it didn't feel dangerous enough. So this run is on hardcore mode where everything depletes at maybe 200% faster, or more than that. Plus if you die, the game deletes your save. This way it has more of a Long Dark on interloper mode or Subnautica when it comes to the dangers of the ocean.
