PLEASE READ THE PINNED COMMENT BEFORE YOU REPLY. SERIOUSLY. IT WILL SAVE BOTH OF US A LOT OF TROUBLE. Also you may want to view the video on a large screen for some parts where text shows up on screen, I think I made it a little hard to read...

I might have bitten off a little more than I can chew with this one. I need to choose less stressful video topics. (Doesn’t help that I was kind of not-feeling-great when I recorded this.)

If anything will get people to say that I hate video games, it’s this one. Today I look into Earthworm Jim and its main creator and find out how well the game holds up versus the nostalgia we have for it, and whether or not we should keep interest in a new project in the series. I review the two main games! I finally got around to watching the whole cartoon after having only seen two episodes for most of my life! I call upon philosophers and try to prove my degree isn’t meaningless! Fun for the whole family. Except for the parts where I swear. That’s not very fun for disapproving parents, but if the kids are anything like I was when I was young, they’ll find it hilarious!

By the way, there’s a couple of points I didn’t get to in this video, including a claim that Tommy Tallarico didn’t pay certain performers who contributed to Video Games Live, but I couldn’t find a whole lot substantiating it, so I didn’t want to go spouting off about things I only know a little about. If people can point me at some sources for this one, I’ll try making a video if an opening occurs in the schedule.

And lastly, yeah, my first attempt at uploading this got blocked in the US and Canada by NBCUniversal and Dreamworks because I used some clips from the cartoon. This is an edited re-upload.

And lastly, an extra special thank-you to YouTube user TheThiefArchive for posting the ad that that “Rimsky-Korsakov!” bit comes from. The quality isn’t earth-shattering, but it’s a commercial from the 70s, I ain’t expecting miracles.
