I scratch my brand new wooden oak floor with a screw, then proceed to remove the scratches, I don't fully succeed, but you get the idea. After experimenting with various ideas on how to fix the scratch, I figured out that a basic shade of stain, that resembles as best you can get to your floor colour, works pretty well.
