This time I get it right.
Straight to the point, the middle screw in this video was the best. I drilled a hole almost twice the thickness of my threaded rod, and filled it with vinylester resin before inserting the threaded rod.
This solution is way stronger than every other attempt I made at putting screws into those brittle aerated concrete blocks which many of our walls are made of.
I expect this vinylester solution for fixing my tv bracket to my aerated concrete wall will be suitable and up to the task.
