Windows 10 error details:
If you are trying to update Windows 10 computer & if you are getting the error which is 0x80070643 against one of the Windows update named 'KB5034441'.
This error mainly related to WinRE partition. It need minimum 250 MB recovery partition to install on it. So if there no required space in the recovery partition you will get this error 0x80070643 error while trying to update KB5034441 update.
So in this case what you have to do is simply resize the WinRE partition on your computer.
Before going to do these steps, make sure that you understood complete step what I am saying in this video. Then you can do it without any worries.
Also take backup of your data's before going to do this for safety.
