Some gamers stick qtips in 2 back fans to stop them when xbox360 is on then wait till xbox360 goes from 3 rod to 2 rod (5 minutes) then unplug both powercords (from xbox and from power-brick) for 2 whole minutes to reset it then should turn on OK. i did that quite few times but lasts only few hours. Remember Xbox 360 has 3 year 3rod warranty. call Xbox free 3rod warranty fix - or Buy xbox main mother boards

unplug all cables and hard drive from xbox360 & powerbrick then plug them securely back in after 2 minutes.
