Also yes I know about the Picoletta Strat but to be honest it's pretty tedious and time consuming. I found doing this as a one off will get you all the Kudos you need in one match for the whole game.

Erador is the key vote for this one - Full guide linked below for conviction based voting. Would strongly recommend saving this for New Game + so you don't have to fiddle with the votes and you have several characters leveled up with Counter Attacks.

Defeat the enemy but leave the 3 Mages alive and trap them on the bridge. One character with a counter and a mage on the other to ensure you don't kill them accidentally via Counter Attack. You can let the third mage wander around if you like.

Just requires patience.
