111 - Download foobar2000: https://www.foobar2000.org/download
2 - Download foobar2000 Now Playing plugin: http://skipyrich.com/store/foo_np_simple.7z
3- Paste the contet of the compressed file into foobar2000 components folder
4- on foobar2000 go file/preferences
5- uncheck Log mode, define a destination for your playlist txt and on Formating string paste: %filename%, then save
6- On OBS, in any scene, create a deprecated text, check (read from file), find the playlist.txt destination to be read and be happy
