Ever-Soul / Daptone Records # ES-102_2 / DAP-10392. Originally unreleased song from 1972, first time on vinyl in 2008.
Amazing crossover soul tune from this marvelous soul duo. One of the duo’s last recordings, this tremendous cut was never released at the time ofits creation in 1972 and was only first in 2002 within Kent’s excellent survey of their recordings: Lost Friends (Kent CD214). BTW Daptone issued this 45 in 2 versions with two different b-sides - one was sold exclusively through their website. Vinyl rip from musicdawn records collection.
