Around 35 minutes to beat on the default Easy setting. I used 2 continues. I left this run unedited since the game has limited continues. On Easy you get 9 lives, 9 continues. Using up all 9 lives sends you back to the beginning of the stage. Losing a life lets you respawn where you died. The main difference on normal seems to be 5 lives, 5 continues.
