Edward's Theme (Thomas & Friends): MS4 Strings Arrangement (R.I.P. Britt Allcroft)
0The updated MuseScore 4.4.4 take on my strings arrangement of Edward the Blue Engine's theme. This is also done in memory of Britt Allcroft, who passed away sadly on Christmas Day, 2024. She was best known for adapting the Reverend Wilbert Awdry's The Railway Series and turning it into children's television series Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends (later re-titled Thomas & Friends). She was also known for creating Shining Time Station (with Rick Siggelkow), Mr. Conductor's Thomas Tales, and Magic Adventures of Mumfie. She also wrote, co-produced, and directed the film Thomas and the Magic Railroad (2000).
This is for a typical string quintet of 2 violins, viola, cello, and double bass.
