So I wrote a song about my biggest anxiety attack ever. I know it probably means nothing, but it feels like I’m drowning for no reason at all. There was really no real trigger for it let alone reason why it was sustained for so long. It took a week for it to clear up. I had to gobble down sleeping pills to be able to actually sleep. Never written lyrics or vocals before.
Tiny bit of explanation as to the inspirations. Sylosis and Architects for the metal parts, and a bit of Demetori for the bowed glass, which I found really gives off that vibe that whilst it's beautiful, it also sounds like it's underwater. That was the point of it.
