Read description for more information:

Glitch map FE in Pokémon Yellow is a map that looks like a Glitch City. It's special because you typically can't see what other "unique" glitch maps look like due to an early freeze, or they may cause the cycling based glitch map effect.

When you enter this map, the game will probably freeze. However, I found that its level script pointer is in the memory at DC0E, which normally represents stored Pokémon 12's total experience.

This means if the 12th stored Pokémon has C9 in its first experience byte, you can ret the level script pointer. You can't do exactly that because it would mean an experience between 13172736-13238271, but you can have 00s before the C9 to make the code just run through to the C9. Two 00s and a C9 will give you the workable requirement of 201 experience (at level 5).

In this video, I deposit a Rattata with 201 experience into the PC as the 12th Pokémon and then warp to map FE.

Warping to map FE:
*Prepare a stack of 254 (FE) Master Balls.
*Use item underflow glitch to access a pack of 255 items https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w4Yr2Nz4rFU
*At an exit mat like the ones at a Pokémon Center, swap the stack of 254 Master Balls with the 36th item and then go through it to warp to map FE. Make sure the 36th item is a glitch block(x) item and not a Master Ball. If not, try the other side of the exit mat. It should work.

Effects:
You will warp to map FE, then immediately warp to map 99h (a house in Fuchsia City with NPCs discussing the warden). Your Pokédex will be gone and you will be forced to spin like in the perpetual spinning Safari Zone glitch. Bits of arrow tiles can be seen on the map. You may be able to fix this by stepping on a real arrow tile.

You normally can't escape the Fucshia City house because D364 becomes FE, however, you can toss the quantity of item 36 to warp somewhere else (e.g. tossing 253 of them will make you go to Viridian City).

Your Fly locations may also be corrupted, which opens up another undocumented(?) corruption glitch I need to look into. Additionally, you mess up what happens in Pallet Town. Oak is outside the lab like when you do (coincidentally) the dokokashira door glitch. Talking to him makes him tell you not to go out, and causes a "!" box to appear above Red's head, but nothing else happens. There is a copy of Oak in the lab who just says "?". I can get a starter Pokémon again, but can't leave the lab, the game locks up before the Rival battle.
