GTA meets Mars Attacks with superhero abilities, with the crew from Saint's Row 3.. that's essentially what this game is. It's an open world action/adventure game with third person shooting, lots of driving, combat, skill trees, weapons upgrades, and more. Lots verticality to many of the levels. The levels are well-designed in general.

The game is highly immersive and a great way to blow off some steam. However, if you want a more structured game, the missions aren't too bad -- most are actually quite fun. The story is ridiculous, but ridiculous in a funny and tolerable way (usually).

While it's not the deepest game you'll ever play, it might just be the most fun you'll have in a single gaming session. Highly recommended!
