HV (Hover Vehicle) model of the Lotus Esprit S1, as featured in The spy who loved me (1977).
This model is in submersible mode and is unfortunately missing the rear facing cement cannons.
It does however support the prerequisite breathing apparatus, and handles like any other HV would. Please be aware that underwater filming scenes shown are not possible with the standard production unit as provided by Lotus (tm).
Lotus actually provided 2 cars and 6 body-shells for the filming, which almost frustrated the stuntman when they found the car far too "grippy" to make for the wild chase scenes scripted. This production version exhibits similar grippiness, and non submersibleness.
