I used the Vertex Animated Flags asset pack which was personally bought from the Unreal Engine 4 Marketplace. I then created bothly horizontal & vertical Arab Republic of Egypt flag textures in Microsoft Paint, imported them to the UE4 project, & used a variety of my derivative Material Instances. The end result was horizontally straight, horizontally angled, & vertical flags of Egypt. Freely downloadable link to my project below!
