16Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising is an action RPG/semi-quasi Metroidvania developed by Natsume Atari and published by 505 Games across multiple platforms and regions on May 10th, 2022.
A companion game to the upcoming Kickstarter backed Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising tells the tale of a girl names CJ who is on an adventure to find treasure that is bigger than what her father before he found. Coming upon the village of New Neveah, she learns that there is an abundance of treasure that lay within the sealed ruins, however she has no money to purchase the required permit to enter the ruins.
Helping the villagers out with various tasks, she eventually earns their favor and the pass, allowing her to enter the ruins and uncover a mystery that is even bigger than her desire to find treasure.
