Likely not bother with ejection. Its trouble. have turn off certain car collisions, then have the beams that hold you in place, break easy enough, but not too easy or you fall through car. And adding a slight thruster to the dummy to help get him out of the car. Its not science accurate. More like an illusion or magic trick. Be great to have though, accurate one that really took momentum and body weight to throw a person threw a windshield.
