Bosses and enemies are randomized between themselves, so Major bosses like Elden Beast and Godrick will only be swapped with other ones alike, so Soldier of Godrick wouldn't be the final boss and Elden Beast wouldn't be in a random cave. Watch me live at: https://www.twitch.tv/star0chris

Bosses and enemies are scaled to the area they are spawned in, so the first boss, Fortissax, has health and damage scaled down to a similar level of Margit. This also makes it so if a boss such as Radahn was in Malenia's room, he would have more health and damage than normal to scale up to the level of Malenia.
Items are also completely random, even key items (my biggest mistake when randomizing this, as it made it difficult to find the important stuff), so a great rune could be sold by a merchant or the key to Raya Lucaria could be on the floor randomly somewhere.
