3I show a rune "Farming" spot. If you don't consider rolling steel balls or suicidal birds cheating, then this should be fine. 130k-200k+ runes per run. 2.6m-4m runes per hour. The higher amounts of runes depends on if you are in a multiplayer group and get the buff from someone defeating a boss that gives more runes, plus the golden scarab trinket buff, plus if you use a gold fowl foot.
