Trying to get acclimated to Elden Ring in preparation for the Shaows of the ErdTree DLC in June! The game is really long so I feel like I didn't start early enough to get acclimated again but nonetheless expect to have fun with another playthrough.

I played that absolute hell out of this game when It dropped and as such have a ridiculous amount of obscure information in my mind to shift through while playing, as such my playthrough will likely be haphazard. I generally want to rely mostly on Incantations but might switch up what weapons I use this time around as opposed to my first-ever playthrough. I'm going to TRY not to use spirit ashes although I feel as though this is a restriction I'll lift eventually as it doesn't seem like a terribly good idea for my mental.

Having fun thus far, even If I struggle in areas otherwise trivial, this time around I'm going to start with a focus on the southern part of the map as I remember VAGUELY many items in this area that will be beneficial to this playthrough, most notably sacred tears, some character questlines and most importantly a really cool madness incantation spell that was one of my personal favorites in my first ever playthrough.
