In summary: 50% of the time, the ray tracing isn't noticeable without a side by side comparison. 40% of the time, it gives a noticeable nicer scene. 10% of the time, it transforms the scene entirely. Is it worth it? Not really. The performace hit can be severe at times (especially in the SOTE areas), and it's not worth turning it on/off like that. Nice to use for "non-gameplay" reasons though, like taking beauty scenes, static shots, or for filming fashion souls. Personally, I think Elden Ring would benefit quite a lot from DLSS, as the AA used in the title is pretty bad, and DLSS would result in a cleaner image. At least from my experience, DLSS has usually given superior results to more traditional anti-aliasing.
