How to mod the speed movement for you Character (permanent):
Press " ~ " then type player.modav speedmult 250 (as fast as in the video)

How to mod the carryweight (permanent):
Press " ~ " then type player.modav carryweight 999999 (as many as desire)

instantaneous cool down for shout :
Press " ~ " then type player.setav shoutrecoverymult 0
