So, elder Scrolls Online. It was on my Muppets Most Wanted list but now it's bye bye.
A subscription game can make financial sense, but only if that's pretty much the only game you're playing, if you still intend to embrace the plethora of games winging their way to us like angels on crack in the coming generation, you may have a lot of dead time for your monthly fee, and a niggling doubt that you're paying for nothing when you're tearing around with The Crew or whatever else you have in your drive, and this doubt will suck the fun out of both game X AND ElderScrolls.
I've done the whole subscription based gaming before, and like the Sherrif in Pandora, I won't get fooled again.
