electrohome g07 monitor repair. What to do if it doesn’t power on.

Tested the fuses and the B+ voltage. The flowchart pointed to the voltage regulator. It was everything but. Changed the flyback, HOT, and the caps. I did replace every cap on this one, as they were the originals. I tested the old ones out of curiosity. Half of the big caps were bad, and half of those were completely off. The other sizes were either in range or toast. No in between. Monitor is now running with a rock solid 119v B+, and looks great.
