What scared me the most in "Elementary Memories" wasn't the goofy-looking monster but one of the memories I am collecting.

The game's not bad per say, but I feel like it's missing a lot. Like, what's the story anyway? At least in Slender you had the benefit of not even caring why you're in the forest. Here I can't help but to wonder but I don't actually get a hint of an answer.
