The player takes on the role of a spy, and the objective is to infiltrate enemy territory, retrieve classified documents, and escape.

Although it shares the same elevator stage gimmick, this game depicts a fierce battle between military special forces and terrorist groups, a change from the previous game which depicted covert action by spies. In addition, as it has been quite a long time since the last game, a new side-scrolling surface has been added to the existing vertical scrolling surface, and systems such as dash movement and simultaneous play by two players have been added significantly.
