Elite Dangerous - Federal Assault Ship vs Fer De Lance (Best Fighters?)
193FAS (Federal Assault Ship) vs FDL (Fer-De-Lance), which one is better fighter / combat ship? This is not a PvP, just comparison on which ship is better suitable.
Watch the video to learn more, cuz there's no clear winner, it highly depends what you need it for. If you do fighting in one system, then FDL wins i guess, but FDL has almost no cargo space and very bad jump range, while FAS can carry more cargo, has better hull and jump range is almost twice as good as FDL, but lacks firepower and shields.
Those are definetely the 2 best fighters in the game as of now. FGS (Federal Gunship) is also good, specially after the Guardians update FGS can now carry a fighter hanger which makes it more deadly, but FGS has really bad manouverbility and lacks firepower against big ships.
Vulture is also good, but it wouldn't stand up to FAS, FDL or FGS. Vulture has the best manouverbility, but lacks firepower, shields and power.
