Elite Dangerous Odyssey - AX Reactivation mission

NOTE : My initial reaction to this while playing, was that it was a bug (a normal reaction given this is Elite Dangerous).
I didn't realise at the time, that the mission was adding on an after-thought objective.
So my comments on the video reflect this. I thought the retrieval objective was the description of a different mission that I hadn't even taken.

This is what happened...
I took an AX Reactivation today and did exactly what was asked of me. But the mission seemed to want me to do an additional objective that was not described in the original mission description.
I did what was asked in the mission description and that's all I was prepared to do, as I think I was lucky to even get that far. These missions are tricky enough as it is.
Why add on an extra task later? Why not put it in the original mission description? If I'd known of the extra task, I wouldn't have taken the mission.
It's not good enough. Missions NEED to tell you EXACTLY what is required of you in the original description.
Either way, I am boycotting these missions and maybe other content in Update 15 until such time as FDev get their act together and sort things out.
