Elon Musk's 18-year-old son Xavier changes his name and gender

Xavier, son of Elon Musk, known as the billionaire of technology genius, petitioned the court to change his gender and name. "I don't want any ties or relationships with my father," said 18-year-old Xavier.

Xavier, the son of Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk from his marriage to his first wife, Justine Wilson, decided to change his gender and name, and filed a petition with the court last April.

HE WILL TAKE HIS MOTHER'S SURNAME

Xavier, 18, will take her mother's surname and change her name to 'Vivian Jenna Wilson' in order to distance herself from her father and break official ties.

"I DON'T WANT TO HAVE ANY RELATIONSHIP AND RELATIONSHIP WITH MY FATHER"

"I don't want any ties or relationships with my biological father anymore," said Xavier.

CASE WILL END THIS WEEK

Xavier's name change lawsuit will be finalized in court in California on Friday.

HE HAS SIX CHILDREN FROM FIRST MARRIAGE

On the other hand, 50-year-old Musk has seven children with his first wife, Canadian writer Wilson.

The two have triplets named Xavier's twin Griffin (18), Kai, Saxon and Damian (16).

Musk, who has been married three times, also has two children with singer Grimes.
