This video was originally meant to test the new quality settings I want to use for future uploads, since Sony Vegas Pro 11.0 tends to worsen the quality in the rendering process (which resulted to bad quality in my last video)... Also in this video, is showing how it looks like to reach over the cap attack speed...

Noted Info:
- 22.19% Character Attack Speed

- Alterasia Type-H 5/5 Set Effect:
When attacking, 3% chance to apply Haste for 7 seconds;
All Speed increased by 30%, and increased MP acquisition when attacking, unnormalized value...

- Mysterious El Lord Crown [Face (Top) Accessory]:
When attacking, 5% chance to apply a 20% Unnormalized All Speed buff for 10 seconds;
Dungeon/Field Exclusive, Proc Chance applies to everyone in the party, but the effects are individual, depending on who proc'd it...

- Children of the Wind title:
When attacking, 3% chance of Breeze Aura;
Attack Speed increase by 5%, Area Buff, Stackable 3 times, probably normalized value...

Of course, other characters can achieve much higher attack speed with the same setup (if not, with more speed effects on items), like Elsword with his Vitality gauge, Elesis with her Gale gauge, Lunatic Psyker with Quicksilver Accel, etc... but all I've got is Diabolic Esper, so that's that...
