Aight first ER for this patch, HoO run.

Free stamp for HoO, 20 more frags and I'll finally SS her.... free HoFi stamp where..

for EGO signet, I'd say all of them are important but you can just stick to one if you want and that is "Lethal Smite", big damage on charge attack and more importantly it gathers the enemy to one spot, so you don't suffer on chasing every single mob. If you want to stick to only combo attack build, do "Lethal Smite" + "Expungement" and additional but not important "Nature". If you want to do BIG damage ult get "Ultra" and additional "Inscription". You can do the run a bit hybrid and pick "Lethal Smite" at start and get "Ultra" later for big damage ult, and these 2 are enough.

for General signets, you can start with helix or if you use Blood Rose as a support you can also do decimation as start but go for Nexus 1 since HoO doesn't really have hp gain. Another alternative for start are, Vicissitude and Sakura since they got both bonus levels for this patch. After starters just go whatever you want except for infinity, delivery and discipline is also not recommended as HoO ult is long cd and fights usually end early while in discipline you always trigger something either evade or weapon active so you always reduce the stack.

As for free stamp you can just go for x2 Submergence difficulty I think? or x2.25 Abstinence, no need for highest difficulty.
