14:21 No it doesn't... If the plan is to get the Yellow 3, like he said, that's the final card he'll pick up this Epoch, so no Citizens for Richard!

16:50 NO... It's in your Domain... not Elysium... so it's 1VP for each 2 cards in teh top of the board, so it's worth now 2 VP's because he has 5 cards (not counting the Citizen because it shouldn't be there)
