Over the past 12 years living in Adelaide, I have been fortunate to witness the beauty and diversity of this city, and it has become my home. During this time, my early childhood education experience played a pivotal role in shaping my perspective and fostering a profound respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture.
The rich cultural heritage of Australia's First Nations peoples became a source of inspiration and education for me like never before. I was introduced to their ancient traditions, art, language, and spiritual beliefs, which opened my eyes to the importance of preserving and cherishing their unique cultural identity.
Engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities allowed me to appreciate their deep connection to the land and their profound respect for nature.
