Embers Adrift MMO has a new Raid and a New Dungeon and new creatures about to launch into their MMORPG!
Embers Adrift is about to release their largest patch possibly ever with content for their MMORPG that I'm excited to talk about and can't wait to show you! I've been enjoying Embers Adrift and the development team at Stormhaven Studios has been hard at work making their world better and better. Lately though, Embers Adrift has been focused on Quality of Life updates and we haven't seen a content focused patch in a few months, but all that is about to change as their late May patch releasing on May 28th Tuesday is adding Raid Content, a new dungeon, new creatures and so much more that I'm going to cover today
Now first up : Lets talk about the new dungeon : DryFoot fortress has been a long time coming and will challenge adventurers who are mighty enough to make their way inside and getting inside will be the first challenge, the entrance is a secret that the community are going to have to figure out, and that's exciting all on it's own : And once you get into the new dungeon DryFoot Fortress in Embers Adrift, we'll be seeing some puzzles and secrets within this new dungeon : the developers have revealed there will be some jump puzzles to get to switches to unlock the hidden depths to go deeper into the fortress. And what would a new dungeon be without a new nasty creature to fight? With our May 2024 Embers Adrift patch we will be introduced to the Scarabax monster : these beetle like monstrosities will be ready to gang up and wreck your adventure : only the mightiest of heroes will survive!
Embers Adrift will also be releasing their FIRST Raid Content : The Queen of the Scarabax will put groups of adventurers to the test with the new 24 man raid groups with loot rolling for the whole raid group, FINALLY we will be able to get together with our guilds and try to take down our first Raid content.
Of course, with all this new content, they are releasing new gear and loot into the loot-tables, so we'll be exporing and finding new named bosses and figuring out what kind of new goodies we will get.
There is also whispers that some new quests may be going into the game as well.
Now of course, this content is expected to launch next Tuesday on May 28th 2024 : and until it releases, we're not sure of the difficulty of the Raid or the level range, but according to a dev I spoke with, I think this is Raid designed for around level 35 or so, we're also not sure how any mechanics might work but it does look like the Queen will be calling in reinforcements according to the video clips I was provided to make this video. Regardless, having a Raid that we can do as a guild is really big news for Embers Adrift and will really add a lot to the game, especially if the rumors are true and this is designed for around level 35 : This points to them working on multiple levels of raids to do during the journey of the level up process : and since Embers Adrift is the type of MMO where you don't level fast : adding some variety and some raids to look forward to during the leveling up process would go a long way to making the journey even more fun.
