Hello everyone and welcome back to Sharp-Dressed Gaming! Today we are back with our Pokemon Emerald Version Nuzlocke. We are finally ready to take on the first gym leader and make our father proud!

Nuzlocke Rules

1.) If a Pokemon faints it is considered dead, you must either release that Pokemon or put it in a PC Box named Dead. You can no longer use that Pokemon.

2.) You are only allowed to capture the first Pokemon encounter it each area, that being said any "special" encounters or gift Pokemon do not counter as the first encounter and can be captured or accepted for free.

3.) Pokemon must be nicknamed to create a closer bond.

4.) You are allowed to catch a Pokemon if it is shiny for free.

5.) If your first encounter is a Pokemon you already caught the Pokemon that is your first encounter or evolves into or from that Pokemon you can move onto the next encounter.
