Just 48 hours after releasing a new update that tweaks a ton of items, Valve released ANOTHER small update to fix a few items and interactions that were far too strong! Express Shot, Siphon Bullets, Headhunter, and many other things just got nerfed in this patch that tries to clamp down on overpowered items in the meta!
