Empires Shall Fall is a turn-based tactical game set in an alternate universe where 2 superpowers are struggling for world domination.

Units can be upgraded between missions, increasing their damage, defense, etc. Keep in mind that each unit has its strengths and weaknesses, for example artillery does not counterattack, so it is better to keep them at a safe distance, also the first unit to attack inflicts extra damage.

This is the final mission of the prologue, where the aliens have joined forces with the enemy. The AI is quite difficult and made me think twice before taking action.

Quite interesting game, very reminiscent of Advance Wars but not as complex and immersive, it can definitely be improved by adding more sound effects as some sounded repetitive or missing.
