I'm look for the places in entire official L4D2 map for good ambiance, but I found something eerie about this place, Liberty Mall in Dead Center Campaign.
If you heard carefully, there's some noises like metal clattering, and other noises that I can't describe it but it's sound like footsteps, heavy ones.
And the way they put sound around the mall is so chilling, feels like someone or something keep following you.
The sounds can be heard in entire mall, but I prefer not to record dark part of the mall. Even this one I feel uncomfortable to record it, you can see how panic I am in the end of video.
This sound effect also can be found in another map, especially near or inside buildings.
