Enable TRIM with NTFS:
fsutil behavior set disabledeletenotify NTFS 0

Disable TRIM with NTFS:
fsutil behavior set disabledeletenotify NTFS 1

Enable with ReFS file system:
fsutil behavior set disabledeletenotify ReFS 0

Disable with ReFS file system:
fsutil behavior set disabledeletenotify ReFS 1
